Important Instructions

• Candidates reporting after 9 AM on the day of the exam/interview will not be considered.
• Persons working in Government/Public Sector undertakings or any other research project at AIIMS Rajkot must produce a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Selected candidates will have no claim to any regular post in AIIMS Rajkot at any time.
• Selected candidates may have to work in shifts/night duty, go on field visits, and travel outstation as required.
• Submission of wrong or false information at any stage will lead to disqualification or termination.

How to Apply

1. Fill out the application form available on the last pages of the official advertisement in the prescribed format.
2. Prepare one set of self-attested photocopies of required documents including date of birth proof, photo ID, educational certificates, mark sheets, PhD certificate, registration certificate, experience certificates, and publications.
3. Submit a soft copy of the application along with scanned copies of attachments through the Google Form link: https://forms.gle/1nBjJ6TkoJHLuPtp9 by 30 October 2026 till 5 PM.
4. Bring a physical copy of the filled application form, all original documents, and one set of xerox copies for document verification during the reporting for the written test/interview.

Selection and Interview

Applications received will be scrutinized by a screening committee. For Project Research Scientist - I (non-Medical), selection is by interview only; a written test may be conducted only if eligible candidates exceed 30 to shortlist candidates. For Project Technical Support – II, the selection involves a written exam/skill test followed by an interview for up to six candidates per available post who secure the highest marks in the MCQ-based written test. The relative weightage of the written exam and interview will be 80% and 20% respectively for final merit determination. The written exam/interview is scheduled for 26 November 2026 at 9 AM in the Seminar Room, Department of Biochemistry, Academic Block, AIIMS Rajkot.
