Cancellation & Renewals
We've made cancellation as easy as signing up — because we believe you should stay because you want to, not because it's difficult to leave.

Digital Goods & Downloads
Reports, PDFs, essay compilations, previous year question archives, and any other downloadable items available on our platform are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
The only exception: if a file is defective (corrupted, missing pages, unreadable) and we are unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund or account credit for that specific item.
Payment Issues & Chargebacks
We process payments via trusted Indian payment gateways — including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets (powered by Razorpay). Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction charges, and applicable taxes are determined by your bank or gateway.

Bundles & Coupons: If a discount code or bundle was applied, any eligible refund is limited to the actual amount you paid after the discount.
Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions purchased via Google Play or the Apple App Store must follow that platform's refund policy. Their decisions and timelines apply independently of ours.
Legal, Taxes & Jurisdiction
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST and others) unless explicitly stated. Taxes are charged as required under Indian law at the prevailing rate.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the location of The Aspirant News' principal place of business.
