Once you choose a paid plan and the billing cycle starts, the current cycle is non-refundable (except under the eligible scenarios in Section 04). Your decision to pay is your confirmation that the content met your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

We want every transaction to feel fair. Here is a clear picture of when refunds apply and when they don't:

Cancellation & Renewals

We've made cancellation as easy as signing up — because we believe you should stay because you want to, not because it's difficult to leave.

Annual PlansTreated as a single discounted term. Mid-term refunds are not offered unless qualifying under Section 04.
Immediate termination requestContact support. Refunds for remaining days are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Digital Goods & Downloads

Reports, PDFs, essay compilations, previous year question archives, and any other downloadable items available on our platform are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

The only exception: if a file is defective (corrupted, missing pages, unreadable) and we are unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund or account credit for that specific item.

Payment Issues & Chargebacks

We process payments via trusted Indian payment gateways — including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets (powered by Razorpay). Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction charges, and applicable taxes are determined by your bank or gateway.

We may ask for additional proof (bank statement, screenshots of error, etc.). Once approved, the refund is issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Exceptions, Fair Use & Abuse

Goodwill Adjustments: At our sole discretion, we may grant a one-time courtesy refund or account credit for cases that fall outside standard eligibility. This is not a guarantee but reflects our genuine commitment to fairness.

Fair Use: Our platform is designed for individual aspirant use. Excessive downloading, sharing of login credentials, scraping of content, or repeated refund requests are considered abuse and may result in refund denial and/or account suspension.

Bundles & Coupons: If a discount code or bundle was applied, any eligible refund is limited to the actual amount you paid after the discount.

Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions purchased via Google Play or the Apple App Store must follow that platform's refund policy. Their decisions and timelines apply independently of ours.
