- plus Master degree in Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry OR Bachelor degree in Engineering
- plus energy auditor certificate
- plus 10 years post-qualification experience in energy efficiency in industry, transport, or building. - Joint Director (Non-Technical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in pay level-11
- plus Bachelor's degree OR MBA with specialisation in Finance/HR
- plus 10 years post-qualification experience in establishment, administration, Accounts, or Vigilance. - Deputy Director (Technical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in pay level-10
- plus Master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Economics OR Bachelor degree in Engineering
- plus energy manager or energy auditor certificate
- plus 5 years post-qualification experience in energy efficiency in industry, transport, or building. - Deputy Director (Non-Technical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in pay level-10
- plus Bachelor's degree OR MBA with specialisation in Finance/HR
