- CMD reserves the right to modify, cancel the notification, revise the number of posts at any time without assigning any reason, or stop the recruitment process altogether.
- CMD reserves the right to debar any candidate for malpractice, including fraudulent claims of benefits, relaxations, or misconduct.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as on 1 October 2026.
Vacancy & Eligibility
The Company Secretary post requires membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, while the Assistant Manager post requires Graduation in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Marine).

- Upload valid work experience certificates clearly mentioning date of joining, relieving, duties and responsibilities, and the signature and seal of the authorized person. For latest experience, an affidavit containing these details may be uploaded.
- Submit the online application before the closing time of 05.00 PM on 10 November 2026.
