CMPDI Advocates Recruitment 2026

The last date to submit the online application is 15 November 2026.

Applicants must be an Advocate enrolled under a Bar Council as per the Advocates Act, 1961, and law firms must apply through an Advocate enrolled under the Act.

A minimum of 10 years of practice in the Supreme Court of India is required.

A minimum of 05 years of practice in any High Court is required for both the High Court of Delhi and High Court of Jharkhand forums.

A minimum of 05 years of practice in Subordinate Courts or Tribunals is required.

The initial empanelment is for a period of five years, which may be renewed for an additional three years at the discretion of CMPDI.

Yes, applicants may apply for more than one forum provided they meet the eligibility and minimum experience criteria for each forum.

Yes, advocates and law firms that are already empanelled or have previously applied must submit a fresh online application under this advertisement.

No, applications submitted through email or in hard copy will not be entertained; only online submissions through the designated portal are accepted.

Suitability will be evaluated based on length and specialization of practice, infrastructure, income-tax returns for the last three years, past and current empanelments, and notable achievements.
