Age Limit

The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years and the maximum age must be 35 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement.

How to Apply

1. Download the application form and notification from the official website kondagaon.gov.in or obtain it from the district panchayat and janpad panchayats.
2. Fill out the application form in Hindi or English with the required details.
3. Affix a self-attested passport-size photograph on the designated space of the application form.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all required educational certificates, mark sheets, residential certificate, caste certificate, and other supporting documents.
5. Pack the application and documents securely in an envelope and write the name of the post applied for clearly on top of the envelope.
6. Send the application via registered post or speed post only to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh, to reach by 27 October 2026 up to 5:00 PM.

• 10th marksheet and certificate
• 12th (Higher Secondary) marksheet and certificate
• Graduation marksheet and certificate (if applicable)
• Post-Graduation marksheet and certificate (if applicable)
• One-year computer diploma certificate
• Permanent residential certificate issued by competent revenue authority
• Permanent caste certificate issued by competent authority
• Income certificate for OBC non-creamy layer issued within the last 03 years (if applicable)
• Rozgar Sahayak experience certificate issued by Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat with outward number and date, along with appointment order and NOC (if applicable)
• Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board (if applicable)
• Ex-servicemen identity card issued by District Soldier Welfare Office (if applicable)
• NOC from employer if employed in government or semi-government service

Gram Panchayat Sachiv Important Instructions

• Applications must be sent strictly via registered post or speed post; applications sent through any other medium will not be accepted.
• Applications received after 27 October 2026, 5:00 PM will be automatically rejected.
• Applicants must be permanent residents of Kondagaon district.
• Incomplete applications or applications without required attachments will be summarily rejected.
• Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of two years, which may be extended up to five years.
• The number of vacancies is subject to increase or decrease as per requirements.
• If the applicant is involved in any criminal case or court proceedings, clear details must be provided in the application.
• Direct applications without registered post will not be accepted by the office.
