There is no application fee. No T.A / D.A will be paid for appearing in the Computer Practical Test and Walk in Interview.

How to Apply

1. Download the application form from the official website at http://birbhum.gov.in or collect it from Gram Panchayat Offices, Sangha Samabay Offices of SHGs under Birbhum District, All Block Office under Birbhum District (at NRLM Section), or Office of the Additional District Mission Director, DMMU, Suri Birbhum.
2. Fill out the application form with all required details.
3. Self-attest copies of the testimonials relevant to educational qualification, computer certificate, and experience.
4. Attach documentary evidence for all claims made in the application.
5. Submit the application in a sealed drop box at your respective Block Office under Birbhum District (at NRLM Section).
6. Ensure submission is made on any working day between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on or before 30 October 2026.

DMMU WBSRLM Block Level Mentor Important Instructions

• Engagement of the Mentor may be terminated or discontinued by the competent authority in case of non-performance, rude behaviour, misconduct, or any other unsatisfactory conduct.
• Applications must be submitted within the specified date and time in the respective block office drop box.
• Applications must be filled on the basis of fact which will have to substantiate with documentary evidence during selection, failing which candidature will be cancelled.
• No T.A / D.A will be paid for the tests and interview.
• Applications submitted anywhere other than the designated block office drop box or outside working hours will not be considered.
