How to Apply

1. Check eligibility for the post of Senior Manager (Deputy Secretary/Director Level) under the Central Staffing Scheme guidelines.
2. Access the DOPT online interface through the DOPT website by navigating to EO Division, then Apply for post of CSS, CVO and others, and finally SUPREMO (Choose Non-CSS in SUPREMO web link: https://supremo.nic.in).
3. Submit the required online application through the SUPREMO portal.
4. Forward nominations and relevant correspondence via email to [email protected].
5. Ensure applications of eligible officers already working on Central Deputation under Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) or Non-Central Staffing Scheme (Non-CSS) are forwarded by the concerned Ministries or Departments along with the approval of their respective Minister-in-Charge before the last date of 16.11.2026.

Important Instructions

• Officers who have earlier applied against the vacancy circular dated 15.04.2026 may need to apply again for the post.
• Officers who have already applied for CSS, CVO or other posts through SUPREMO Portal can send their willingness for the above post via email.
• No 'Mandatory Posting Certificate' for allotment or retention of government accommodation would be issued by the office to the officer appointed, unless the officer is currently on CSS deputation and has completed four years on the same.
• Ensure that the 'cooling off' after a previous stint on deputation, if any, is completed and the officer is eligible to be appointed on Central Deputation per instructions.
• The last date for the submission of applications for the above-said post is 16.11.2026.
