Important Dates

How to Apply

1. Download or obtain the prescribed application format for the post.
2. Fill in the application form completely in A4 size paper.
3. Attach self-attested copies of certificates with reference to Age, Educational Qualification, and Experience indicating date of joining & date of relieving, along with two latest passport size photographs.
4. Attach copies of Mark Sheets, Latest valid registration certificate issued by Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council, and Experience/service Certificates.
5. Super-scribe the envelope containing the application with Advertisement No. HAL-HYD/2026/03 and Name of the Post applied for.
6. Send the completed application by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier only to MANAGER (HR), HR Department, Avionics Division, Post-HAL, Hyderabad-500 042 so as to reach on or before 27.10.2026.

HAL Visiting Doctors Important Instructions

• The engagement will be purely temporary for an initial period of 2 (Two) years and will not confer any right to claim regular employment.
• Applications received through Fax, E-mail, or in person will not be accepted.
• Incomplete application forms or applications not in the prescribed format will be rejected.
• Candidates shortlisted for interview are required to bring original certificates and documents in proof of age, educational qualification, and experience.
• The part-time engagement is liable to be terminated by giving one month's notice in writing from either side.
• Selected candidates will be required to visit the Company Hospital on suitable days and as and when required in emergencies.
• HAL is not responsible for any postal delay.
