- ICMR NIRBI Qualification Post Qualification Required Assistant Officers from Central/State Govt./Autonomous Body/PSU holding analogous post and possessing minimum three years Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution and having working knowledge of Computer (MS Office/power point)
- OR Upper Division Clerk in Level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100) with 10 years of regular service in the grade and possessing minimum three years Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution and having working knowledge of Computer (MS Office/power point). Note: Departmental officers (ICMR employees) shall not be eligible for deputation.
