How to Apply

1. Visit the official website of IIT Delhi at www.iitd.ac.in and access the link Jobs@IITDelhi under the heading Non-Academic to download the prescribed Application Form.
2. Fill out the prescribed application form completely with detailed information regarding educational qualifications (indicating percentage of marks/division obtained in each examination) and details of work experience.
3. Affix a recent passport size photograph duly filled by you on the application form.
4. Gather self-attested copies of documents supporting educational qualifications and experience, and convert them into PDF format (all scanned documents must be clearly legible, preferably at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher).
5. Mail the filled-in application form along with the supporting PDF documents to [email protected] on or before 28 October 2026. Do not submit a hard copy through Post or Courier.

Documents Required

• Prescribed application form with a recent passport size photograph affixed
• Self-attested copies of documents supporting educational qualifications
• Self-attested copies of documents supporting experience
• Original certificates and documents in support of educational qualification (academic/professional) and work experience to be produced at the time of written test, interview, or joining if selected

• This engagement is purely on a contract basis initially for a period of 01 year, which can be extended up to a maximum of 03 years subject to requirement and review of satisfactory work performance.
• Appearance in the interview and selection thereafter does not entitle any claim whatsoever for permanency on the regular establishment of IIT Delhi.
• Incomplete application forms will be summarily rejected.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for the interview and notified via email.
• If the engagement is at the upper limit of the remuneration range, no annual remuneration increment shall be admissible.
• If any information is found false or incorrect at any stage, the candidature or appointment is liable to be cancelled.
• The Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, postpone or cancel the recruitment altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
