Salary / Pay Scale
- A fixed monthly amount is arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement, remaining unchanged for the term of the contract.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
Selection will be made through a personal interview conducted by a Committee headed by Director/HR IOL, with members from Operations and Finance divisions nominated by CMD/IOL. Scrutiny of applications will be done by a Scrutiny Committee, followed by shortlisting of candidates based on total experience and qualifications. Document verification from original certificates will be carried out before the personal interview, and shortcomings will lead to rejection of candidature. Provisional call letters for the interview will be issued via email only.

Requests for change of date, venue, or time for interview will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Candidates currently serving in Government, Quasi-Government, PSU, or Autonomous Bodies must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from their employer at the time of interview and produce a relieving letter upon final selection.
The engagement is purely contractual, temporary, and ad-hoc, and does not confer any right to claim regular or permanent employment in the company.
Management reserves the right to cancel, restrict, raise, curtail, or modify standards, selection criteria, or number of vacancies.
How to Apply
- Download the application form in the prescribed format (Annexure-A) from the IOL website under the 'Career' section.
- Fill up the application form in BLOCK LETTERS only.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of High School Certificate/evidence of proof of age, qualification mark sheets and certificates, experience certificates, last pay drawn certificates, and PPO.
- Superscribe the envelope clearly as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DIRECTOR, DPSU COORDINATION CELL (DCC) ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT BASIS”.
