Eligibility for LAHD SSRB Recruitment 2026 depends on the selected post. Candidates may require Matriculation (10th pass), 10+2, relevant trade certification, a technical diploma, nursing qualification or a recognized university degree. All candidates must also satisfy the prescribed Leh domicile and age conditions. Technician-III 10th pass with a two-year National Trade Certificate or State Trade Certificate in the relevant trade. MPHW (Male) Matriculation with Diploma in Multipurpose Worker Training from SMF or another recognized institute. FMPHW Matriculation with Diploma in Female Multipurpose Worker Training from SMF or another recognized institute. Work Supervisor-I 10th pass with one-year NTC/STC in Mason (Building Construction) or Work Supervisor trade. Gardener / Mali 10th pass with one-year certificate in Basic Horticulture Training from a recognized institute. Bearer / Butler Minimum 10th pass with Diploma in Food and Beverages Service from a recognized institution. Orderly / Chowkidar and Equivalent Posts Matriculation / Class 10 from a recognized board or equivalent. Attendant / Mali and Equivalent Posts Matriculation / Class 10 from a recognized board or equivalent. Safaiwala Matriculation / Class 10 from a recognized board or equivalent. Veterinary Pharmacist 10+2 with Science. Stock Assistant 10+2 with Science (Medical). Ophthalmic Assistant / Technician 10+2 Science (Medical) with Biology and Chemistry, plus Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognized institute. Medical Record Technician 10+2 with Diploma in Medical Record Technician. X-ray Assistant / Technician 10+2 Science (Medical) with Biology and Chemistry, plus relevant X-ray Diploma. Junior Theatre Assistant / OT Technician 10+2 Science (Medical) with Biology and Chemistry, plus Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or Theatre Assistant qualification. Laboratory Assistant 10+2 Science (Medical) with Biology and Chemistry, plus Diploma in Laboratory Assistant / Medical Laboratory Technology. Dental Assistant 10+2 Science (Medical) with Biology and Chemistry, plus Diploma in Dental Assistant. Junior Nurse 10+2 with GNM Diploma or recognized B.Sc Nursing degree, as specified in the notification. Junior Pharmacist 10+2 with Science and recognized Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy Course / Medical Assistant qualification. Basic Health Worker 10+2 with prescribed Diploma in Health Promotion and Education or Nutrition and Health Education. VLW / MPW 10+2 pass. Patwari Graduation from a recognized university. Junior Assistant / Ledger Clerk Graduation with prescribed computer training and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Can 10th-pass Candidates Apply for LAHD SSRB Recruitment 2026? Yes. Candidates who have passed Class 10 may be eligible for posts such as Orderly, Chowkidar, Safaiwala, Attendant and other matriculation-level positions. Technical posts may require additional ITI, trade certificates or driving qualifications. Can 12th-pass Candidates Apply for LAHD SSRB Recruitment 2026? Yes. Candidates with 10+2 qualifications may apply for certain posts, including Veterinary Pharmacist, Stock Assistant and VLW/MPW. Medical and technical positions may require additional specialized diplomas or professional qualifications. What Is the Qualification for LAHD SSRB Junior Assistant? Junior Assistant / Ledger Clerk applicants must be graduates from a recognized university and meet the prescribed computer qualification and typing requirements. The notification specifies minimum 200 hours of computer training or a six-month recognized computer applications certificate course and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. LAHD SSRB Domicile Eligibility 2026 Only eligible residents of the erstwhile Leh District can apply for the LAHD SSRB Recruitment 2026 district cadre posts. Candidates must possess the prescribed Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority under the applicable Union Territory of Ladakh rules. Applicants from outside the prescribed erstwhile Leh District domicile area are not eligible merely because they reside elsewhere in Ladakh.
