Recruitment Overview

This is a district-level engagement by the Government of Telangana, Mahabubabad District, for the AYUSH Public Health Programme under the National AYUSH Mission (NAM). The people engaged will work under the administrative control of the Director, Department of AYUSH, T.G., Secunderabad. Applications are addressed to the District Collector and Magistrate, who is the Chairman of the District Selection Committee, Mahabubabad District.

How to Apply

1. Use the application form for the post you are applying for. The notice contains a separate form for each of the five posts.
2. Address the form to The District Collector & Magistrate /Chairman, District Selection Committee, Mahabubabad District. Fill in the personal details, educational and professional details and the document checklist, then sign the declaration with the place and date.
3. Affix one recent passport-size photograph in the photo box.
4. Enclose copies of the certificates listed for your post, all attested by a Gazetted Officer.
5. Write on the cover: "Application for the post AYUSH Medical Officer/ Pharmacist/ Psychosocial Councellor/ Yoga Professional/ Multi Purpose Worker under NAM, Dept. of AYUSH". Strike off the post names that do not apply to you.
6. Hand in the application in person, or send it by Registered Post, to O/o. District Collector and Magistrate, Mahabubabad District, between 22 October 2026 and 29 October 2026, from 10:30 AM to 05:00 PM on working days.

The application must reach the office by 29 October 2026. Applications received after this date will be summarily rejected, and the District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.

Documents Required

AYUSH Medical Officer, Pharmacist, Psychosocial Counselor and Yoga Professional

• SSC / equivalent examination certificate with Bonafide Certificate
• Intermediate / 10+2 certificate, where applicable, with Bonafide Certificate
• Qualifying examination pass certificate with Bonafide Certificate
• Marks memos of all years of the qualifying examination
• Registration certificate of the concerned Board / Council, where applicable
• PG qualification certificate, where applicable
• Latest caste certificate, where applicable
• Study certificate from 4th Class to 10th Class and/or prescribed residency certificate, as applicable
• PwD / PH certificate, where applicable
• Ex-Service certificate, where applicable
• One recent passport-size photograph
• Gazetted Officer attested copies of all required certificates/documents

Multi Purpose Worker (MPW)

• Bonafide Certificate from Class 4th to 7th
• Latest caste certificate, where applicable
• Study certificate from 4th Class to 10th Class and/or prescribed residency certificate, as applicable
• PwD / PH certificate, where applicable
• One recent passport-size photograph
• Gazetted Officer attested copies of all required certificates/documents

On every form, the sub-caste and any PwD / PH / VH status (with the certificate number and percentage) must be backed by a certificate. The forms for the first four posts also ask about ex-serviceman status. The MPW form does not.

Important Instructions

• Each candidate must use the form for the post they are eligible for.
• The name of the candidate and of the father, mother or spouse must be written as per the Aadhaar Card.
• By the declaration, giving false or incorrect information or hiding relevant facts may result in rejection of the candidature or cancellation of the engagement.
