Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of short-listing of candidates followed by an interview.
| Shortlisting | Shortlists of eligible candidates are prepared based on the aggregate of marks obtained (ten percent) in Madhyamik Pariksha (MP), Higher Secondary Examination (HS), and Graduation. Vocational or distant courses are not considered for shortlisting. |

| Total Marks Distribution | Madhyamik Pariksha (MP) - 10 Marks, Higher Secondary (HS) - 10 Marks, Graduation - 10 Marks, and Interview - 10 Marks (covering experience, personal appearance, speaking ability, and knowledge), totaling 40 Marks. |
| Interview | Only short-listed eligible candidates will be called for an interview. Venues, dates, and times will be communicated directly to eligible candidates. |
