How to Apply

1. Log in to your Gmail account before accessing the online application link.
2. Click on the online application link provided on the Nalanda University website or advertisement.
3. Carefully fill in all the required details in the Google Form and click submit.
4. Receive a copy of the filled application form on your registered email after successful submission.
5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- online to the University bank account and note the UTR or transaction reference number.
6. Forward the copy of the filled application form (do not compose a separate email, only forward) to the Recruitment Cell at [email protected].
7. Attach a single PDF file containing your updated CV with a passport-size photograph, qualification certificates and mark sheets, experience certificates, and other relevant supporting documents along with the forwarded email.

Nalanda University Research Assistant Important Instructions

• No hard copy of the application will be accepted; applications must be submitted via the Google Form and email link.
• Applicants must use the same email address for filling the Application Form and forwarding the filled application form.
• Enclosures must be sent as a SINGLE PDF FILE only; multiple files, separate emails, or compressed formats like ZIP or RAR will lead to rejection.
• Documents must be clearly scanned using a proper scanner in a clean, legible, and printable format.
• Applicants are advised to submit only ONE application for each post to avoid rejection.
• No TA or DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
• Selected candidates must be ready to join immediately.
• All correspondences regarding shortlisting and interview will be communicated via email only.
