NID Assam Important Instructions

• Visit the Institute's Careers Page at nidj.ac.in/careers or access the direct portal link at nidjnt.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login.
• Register as a new user by providing a valid email ID and mobile number, or log in with existing credentials.
• Fill out the online application form with personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.
• Upload self-attested scanned copies of all required supporting documents.
• Pay the application fee online through the payment gateway if applicable.
• Review all entered details and submit the application form.
• Download and save a copy of the completed application form for future reference.
• Candidates must satisfy themselves regarding minimum qualifications before applying.
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
• All qualifications must be awarded by a UGC-recognized University or Institute, and only post-qualification experience is counted.
• Government and PSU employees must route their applications through proper channel or upload an NOC during online application and submit the original during the selection test.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
• All correspondence from the Institute will be made exclusively via email provided in the application form.

How to Apply

Selection and Interview

The selection process may include a written test followed by a trade test of proportionate weightage, or other screening methods as determined by the Institute. Candidates shortlisted based on essential and desirable qualifications will be called for the selection process. No TA/DA will be paid for attending written tests or trade tests, but second AC train fare reimbursement will be provided to shortlisted candidates attending personal interviews from their current workplace or hometown.
