Age Limit

Upper age-limit relaxation and reservation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD shall be applicable only in accordance with the rules/orders of the Government of Kerala in force. Only natives of Kerala shall be eligible for reservation benefits, as per applicable rules.

2. Fill in all particulars in the online application form.
3. Upload legible copies of the required certificates and documents in support of age, qualifications, experience, ID Proof and other claims along with the application.
4. Submit the application online within the prescribed time.
5. Keep a printout or copy of the submitted application for future reference.

SGOU Multimedia Technician Important Instructions

• Candidates shall satisfy all prescribed eligibility conditions, including age, educational qualifications and experience, on the last date prescribed for submission of applications.
• Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications shall produce the Equivalency Certificate/Order issued by the competent authority.
• Experience shall be acquired after obtaining the prescribed qualification and shall be from a recognised institution/organisation.
• Applications shall be submitted only through the University's online application portal. Incomplete, defective and late applications are liable to be rejected.
• Furnishing false information, suppression of material facts, or submission of forged/certified certificates or documents shall result in cancellation of candidature/appointment.
• Canvassing in any form or bringing external influence for securing appointment shall lead to disqualification of the candidate.
• Renewal/extension, if any, shall depend on the requirements of the University, satisfactory performance and the decision of the competent authority.
