Introduction

Tehri Hydro Development Corporation (THDC) has released advertisement number 06/2026, announcing 10 vacancies on a regular basis for Senior Manager (Finance), Deputy General Manager (Finance), Additional General Manager (Finance), Senior Manager (HR), Deputy General Manager (HR), and Additional General Manager (HR) posts. Eligibility requirements and qualifications differ according to the post, and selected candidates are liable for posting or transfer anywhere in India. THDC Qualification Required Post Qualification Required Senior Manager (Finance), Deputy General Manager (Finance), Additional General Manager (Finance) CA / CMA qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Senior Manager (HR), Deputy General Manager (HR), Additional General Manager (HR) Full time MBA with Specialization in HRM (HR as main or major Subject) / HRD / HRM with Minimum 60% marks (or) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks (or) Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks (or) Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university / Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority. Desirable Qualification: LLB. Experience - Senior Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 13 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 80,000 – 3% - 2,20,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 20 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute. - Deputy General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 17 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 90,000 – 3% - 2,40,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 23 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute. - Additional General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 21 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 1,00,000 – 3% - 2,60,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 26 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.
