How to Apply

2. Fill out the application form with all required details.
3. Affix a recent passport size photograph on the application form.
4. Attach photocopies of all relevant documents, certificates, and testimonials.
5. Submit the complete application via email to [email protected] on or before 30 October 2026 up to 5:30 PM. TIDCL Assistant Manager Important Instructions

• The positions are purely on a contractual basis for a period of 11 (eleven) months with consolidated remuneration at Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (TIDC Ltd.), Shilpa Nigam, Bhavan, Khejurbagan, Agartala, West Tripura.
• The positions can be extended on mutual consent, and the candidate engaged will have to execute an agreement with TIDC Ltd. which will be renewable based on satisfactory performance.
• The candidate engaged to this position shall not be part of the regular staff in the matter of recruitment to regular post.
• The candidate engaged shall have no vested right prior to and after the completion of the contract period to ask for regularization / absorption in TIDC Ltd.
• During the contract, if required, the contractual staff will have to proceed to any part of India and will perform such duties as may be assigned to him / her in connection with the work of TIDC Ltd.
• Candidates should come for the interview with a copy of bio data, original certificates and testimonials.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• The selected candidates may be required to join immediately.
