Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process is based on merit prepared through an academic percentage weightage system, experience weightage, and a skill test.
| Academic Weightage | Maximum 60 marks awarded based on the percentage obtained in the minimum required educational qualification. |

| Experience Weightage | Maximum 10 marks awarded, calculated at 02 marks for each additional year of experience beyond the minimum required experience. |
| Bonus Marks | Up to 10 bonus marks awarded at 02 marks per year for work experience in the women's helpline or Sakhi One Stop Center. |
| Skill Test | 20 marks allocated for a skill test, which includes testing knowledge of the local language and dialect. |
| The total merit is calculated out of 80 marks, and candidates are called for skill tests or interviews in a ratio of 1 | 5 or 1:10 per post. |
