Introduction

ICMR NINE has invited applications for Young Professional II – 2 Posts. There are 2 vacancies for candidates with MPH. The last date to apply is 12 November 2026.

How to Apply

1. Download the application form from the ICMR website (www.icmr.gov.in) or the ICMR NINE website (https://icmrnine.org/).
2. Fill in the application in the prescribed ICMR application format and affix a recent passport photograph.
3. Attach self-attested copies of your education and experience documents, arranged in chronological order.
4. Email the application to ICMR NINE, Bengaluru, at [email protected] on or before 5:00 PM on 12 November 2026.
5. To attend the interview online, get prior permission by email.
6. To attend in person, report at ICMR NINE, Bengaluru, at 09:30 AM on 13 November 2026 and hand in the original, duly filled application in the prescribed format.

Documents named in the notice:

• Duly filled application in the ICMR application format, with a recent passport photograph affixed
• Self-attested copies of documents related to education
• Self-attested copies of experience documents
• The original application, to be handed in at the walk-in interview

Only applicants who have sent the documents supporting their educational qualifications and work experience will be considered for the online interview. Incomplete applications, and applications without a photograph or copies of the relevant certificates, will not be entertained. An original application handed in at the walk-in interview will not be considered unless the application was also sent by email. Applications received by email after the due date will not be considered.

Selection and Interview

Applications will be shortlisted on the basis of the prescribed qualifications, experience and age. The engagement will be made on the basis of the results of the Examination/Written Test/interview/personal discussion. Meeting the essential qualification or experience does not by itself guarantee selection.

The interview is on 13 November 2026, with reporting at 09:30 AM. The mode is Online/Walk-in-Interview, and the place of interview is ICMR NINE, Bengaluru. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination, test or interview. Incorrect or false information given during the interview or personal discussion will disqualify the candidate at any stage.
