IGNOU Technical Assistant Eligibility (Experience) At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the specific technical domain (LMS, Networking, Animation, Game Design, VR/AR, or AI) in PSUs, Universities, Educational Institutions, GoI organizations, or reputed IT organizations. IGNOU Technical Manager Eligibility (Experience) At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the corresponding technical domain, in similar organizations as above. IGNOU Assistant Director Eligibility (Experience) At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the corresponding technical domain (LMS or Networking), in similar organizations as above. Desirable certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Moodle Administrator, Unity Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, and others specific to each specialization) are listed in the official notification and give preference but are not mandatory.
