Application Fee

The non-refundable fee must be paid online. Proof of fee payment must be attached to the printed application after writing the applicant's name on the receipt.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official website at www.nituk.ac.in.
2. Open the recruitment section and find Advertisement No. 08/2026.
3. Read the advertisement and applicable Recruitment Rules carefully.
4. Complete the online application for the required post.
5. Pay the applicable application fee online.
6. Submit the online form by 4 November 2026.
7. Download and print the submitted application.
8. Attach the fee receipt and self-attested copies of supporting documents.
9. Place the application in a sealed envelope.
10. Write "Application for the post of __________" on the envelope.
11. Send the application so that it reaches NIT Uttarakhand by 11 November 2026, 5:30 PM.

Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate online and hard-copy applications for each post.

• Printout of the submitted online application

• Class 10 certificate or mark sheet showing date of birth
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Degree, diploma and ITI certificates, as applicable
• All academic mark sheets
• Experience and service certificates
• SC or ST certificate, where applicable
• OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued on or after 1 April 2026, where applicable
• EWS certificate issued on or after 1 April 2026, where applicable
• Disability certificate showing at least 40% disability, where applicable
• Ex-serviceman certificate, where applicable
• Valid photo identity card
• NOC from the current employer, where applicable
• Last five years' ACRs or APARs, Vigilance Clearance and forwarding certificate for deputation applicants

Important Instructions

• Online submission alone is not sufficient; the hard copy must also reach the institute before the deadline.
• Applications received after 11 November 2026 at 5:30 PM will not be considered.
• Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents will be rejected.
• Government and PSU employees must apply through the proper channel or produce an NOC.
• Original documents must be produced during document verification.
• No travelling allowance will be paid for attending the selection process.
• The institute will publish the shortlist and recruitment updates only on its website.
• The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased or cancelled.
• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
