| The Role | ||||
| Registrar Job Responsibilities | Custodian of records, common seal, and funds of the Institute. | |||
| Secretary (Non-member) to the Board of Governors, Senate, Finance Committee, and Building & Works Committee. | ||||
| Supervision, recruitment, assessment, mentoring, and welfare of employees. | ||||
| Oversee statutory reporting, liaison with ministries, administration, official correspondence, purchases, accounts, establishment, and legal matters. | ||||
| Finance Officer Job Responsibilities | Statutory and internal audit coordination and audit observation closure. | |||
| Tax compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. | ||||
| Preparation and review of annual accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements. | ||||
| Annual budget monitoring, expenditure analysis, and financial forecasting. | ||||
| Financial management of MoPNG/GoI, CSR, sponsored research, and consultancy funds. |

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
Candidates will be assessed through a Presentation (50 marks, 10 minutes limit) followed by a Personal Interview (50 marks) conducted at RGIPT Jais Campus, Uttar Pradesh. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview.
