UCSL Assistant Manager (Finance) Qualification Post Qualification Required Assistant Manager (Finance) a) Master of Commerce (M.Com) with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Or b) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Experience - For category a) educational qualification: Minimum of three years post qualification experience. - For category b) educational qualification: Minimum of five years post qualification experience. - Area of experience: Finance and Accounts in a Ship Building, Ship Repair, Commercial Establishment, Port, Engineering Companies, Government Companies / Establishments, or Semi Government Companies / Establishments. - Experience acquired after the date of passing the stipulated qualification shall only be considered. Period of post qualification experience shall be reckoned as on 28 October 2026. - All types of training with remuneration including Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act shall be treated as experience. - Experience certificates obtained from companies registered under the Companies Act 1956 or Foreign Companies of equivalent status shall only be considered.
