UIDAI Assistant Account Officer Important Instructions

• Individuals who apply for the post may not withdraw their candidature subsequently.
• Private candidates are not eligible as the post is filled on deputation basis.
• Only applications submitted online through the UIDAI Career Portal and subsequently forwarded through proper channel with all requisite documents will be considered.
• Mere submission of an online application does not confer any right for consideration unless duly forwarded through proper channel.
• Applications received after the last date or incomplete applications may not be considered.
• UIDAI reserves the right to post the selected officer at any other location or select a candidate for another location based on administrative reasons or exigency of service.
• The Authority reserves the right to withdraw this circular at any time, without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Eligible and interested officers must submit their application online through the UIDAI Career Portal at https://career.uidai.gov.in.
2. After submission of the online application, download and print the duly filled online application form generated through the Career Portal.
3. Submit the signed hard copy of the application to your Cadre Controlling Authority or Parent Organisation for forwarding through proper channel.
4. Ensure the Cadre Controlling Authority forwards the application along with cadre clearance, vigilance/disciplinary clearance, ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India or an officer of equivalent rank, and the certificate in the prescribed format at Annex-I.
5. Forward the complete application along with all requisite documents to: Director (HR), Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Aadhaar Complex, NTI Layout, Tata Nagar, Kodigehalli, Technology Centre, Bengaluru – 560 092, so that it is received by 23 November 2026.

Selection and Interview

The notification does not specify a written examination or interview stage. Selection is conducted on a deputation basis among eligible officers whose services are spared by their parent organisation and forwarded through proper channel.
